Thank you for your request for a stall at this year’s Festival on Sunday 20th July 2008 on McPhees Yard car park, Foundry Lane, Ouseburn Valley.

You can download a copy of the stallholder application form using the link at the bottom of this page. Please complete and return the application form as soon as possible (at least 2 weeks in advance of the Festival dates).   

Once the application has been completed and returned, commercial stallholders will be required to pay a booking fee of £35.00 per day which is non-returnable.  Charitable or community/voluntary organisations are not asked for a fee, but the Association would be grateful if you could consider donating a percentage of any takings to cover our costs. 

Tables and chairs can be provided but must be ordered and paid for in advance @ a cost of £5 per table and £3 per chair (fee applies to both commercial and non-commercial stallholders).  A £50 deposit is also required for table and chair orders (payable on the day), but this will be returned when table and chairs are returned.
