I'm holding Indian passport, I'm traveling with my family to chennai via Bangkok from sydney. can i take a transit visa in sydney itself to avoid delays in Bangkok airport ?
Answer:
As long as you don't leave the customs and immigration area and go directly from the arrival's area to the departure area you won't need a transit visa. If you do choose to exit the airport, you will need a transit visa or visa on arrival.
